Dino Trombetta
President/Owner
Generations of Experience:
As a founding member of ISI Demolition, Dino provides leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry. Develops plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Oversees company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, safety and cost-effective management of resources. Dino is a member of the National Demolition Association, Associated Builders and Contractors of Baltimore, and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
Hobbies and Interests:
When not working, Dino enjoys spending time with his family, traveling the world, horse racing, and boating.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Dino is inspired everyday by his coworkers; watching them grow in their positions to make ISI Demolition the best it can be. As a man of his word, he wants nothing more than to be sure that clients are left more than satisfied with the entire process of contracting with ISI Demolition.

Mark McWright
Director of Business Development
Generations of Experience:
Mark joined the ISI Demolition team in 2018 bringing with him a a seasoned executive background in business development, brand awareness and sales leadership. Mark has a B.A. in Business Administration, he is a current member of NAIOP, and serves on the Legislative Committee.
Hobbies and Interests:
Mark enjoys home life with his wife and traveling to visit their 4 children.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Mark finds great value and motivation in matching prospective clients with solutions that ultimately lead to valued relationships and long-term partnerships.

Paul Harkins
Executive Vice President
Generations of Experience:
Paul has been with the company since 2001. Prior to joining ISI Demolition, Paul was Vice President of a Commercial General Construction Company managing all company operations including business development, estimating and project management. Paul has over 40 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
Hobbies and Interests:
In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with family. He loves the outdoors, hunting, hobby farming, hiking, and exploring new places. He loves to travel.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Paul believes that our relationship with God is the most important part of our life’s journey. Second he believes that we should treat others as we would want to be treated. From a business prospective, the number one goal is to achieve client satisfaction and help them to achieve their goals.

Nick Trionfo
Financial Controller
Generations of Experience:
Nick started with the company in April 2020. He worked in the construction and real estate industry of public accounting. He graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Juniata College in 2007. He has been a CPA since 2015.
Hobbies and Interests:
Nick enjoys spending time with his family, going to concerts, and working out.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Nick is inspired to continue to improve himself and help everyone around him. Nick’s goal is to help in the continuing growth of the company and be a part of navigating through the future.

Amanda Lopez
Human Resources Manager
Generations of Experience:
Amanda has been with ISI Demolition since 2015. Prior to joining the ISI team, Amanda worked in the finance industry for 8 years. She has 15 years of customer service experience. Amanda graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources Management. She is a proud member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda honor society for Adult Learners in Continuing Higher Education.
Hobbies and Interests:
Amanda is an avid dog lover who enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the beach.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Amanda prides herself on being an advocate for the ISI Demolition employees. She believes that through strategic planning and employee development, ISI Demolition will remain a top competitor in the industry.

Amanda Amend
Director of Admin. Operation/Corp. Secretary
Generations of Experience:
Amanda has been with ISI Demolition since 2002. She started in the company as a receptionist and has learned about all aspects of the business and grown into the leadership role she has today. Prior to ISI Demolition Amanda had the opportunity to be involved with her family business. Amanda is a proud member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
Hobbies and Interests:
When not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling and learning more about history.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Amanda is passionate about ensuring that ISI Demolition continues to be a success and provides clients with a great experience to create long term partnerships.

Niko Trombetta
General Manager
Generations of Experience:
Niko has worked in the construction industry since 2015. He started as a laborer, learned the business and grew into his current position. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Hobbies and Interests:
Niko enjoys weight lifting, socializing and traveling the world. His most recent travels were to Spain and Italy.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Niko thrives on helping the business succeed. He is always looking for cost-effective solutions to benefit the company while continuously striving for client satisfaction and long-term client retention and growth.

Mike Doherty
Vice President - Florida Branch
Generations of Experience:
Mike has been with ISI Demolition for since 2011. Mike graduated from Lycoming College with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
Hobbies and Interests:
Mike enjoys spending time on his boat and going to concerts and playing music.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Mike believes that putting in your best effort as a team to deliver the best product for the client while result in long-term success.

Adam Carbaugh
Director of Estimating
Generations of Experience:
Adam started as an estimator in training in 1997. Now, Adam runs the Estimating Department. He attended CCBC for Business Administration.
Hobbies and Interests:
When Adam is not at the gym or at work, he enjoys his role as a husband and father.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Adam strives to do the best he can in everything that he does.

Charles Manack
Director of Field Operations
Generations of Experience:
Prior to joining ISI Demolition in 1999, Charlie worked as a General Superintendent for 20 years. Charlie has his OSHA 30 Certification as well as various other certifications including Bobcat, First Aid, and Silica.
Hobbies and Interests:
When Charlie is not working in the field, he enjoys traveling, fishing and crabbing.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Charlie is inspired seeing the growth and potential of the ISI Demolition team. He remains motivated by the people, the work and traveling the US to find and work on new projects.
Specialty Managers

Rick Amend
Fleet & Equipment Manager
Generations of Experience:
Rick joined ISI Demolition in July 2020. Prior to coming on board at ISI Demolition, he worked in automotive dealerships as a Master ASE Certified Technician for 22 years. Rick graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in Automotive Technology. Over the years he received numerous certificates from General Motors in addition to being certified as a Master Technician by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence.
Hobbies and Interests:
Rick loves to travel and spend time with family. He enjoys watching the Baltimore Ravens and supporting his daughter with her all-star cheerleading.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Though his work is more “behind the scenes,” Rick strives to do his best keeping the equipment and fleet up and running. This helps everyone get their jobs done on the project sites, which keeps clients happy and allows ISI Demolition to grow.

Bryant Blake
Structural Engineer
Generations of Experience:
Bryant has been designing shoring for ISI Demolition since 1999. Blake graduated from the University of Delaware in 1979 with a B.S. of Science in Civil Engineering. Blake has over 35 years of practice as a structural engineer.
Hobbies and Interests:
Bryant and his wife enjoy living on the Eastern Shore and the Chesapeake Bay.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Bryant is dedicated to ensuring the safety of the project team by carefully designing the structural demolition project for both safety and efficiency. Bryant believes in doing things right the first time, and it is better to prepare than to react.

Jake Stocksdale
Project Manager
Generations of Experience:
Jake started working at ISI Demolition in 2009 while attending Stevenson University and has been a full-time contributor since graduating spring 2011.
Hobbies and Interests:
Jake was a lacrosse player in college, and still enjoys getting outdoors to play golf or just spending time with his family. As a new father, Jake is enjoying his new role at home.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Jake believes hard work is the key to success. He is proud to work for a company that puts the customer first.

Conor McVan
Project Manager
Generations of Experience:
Conor joined ISI Demolition for in 2020. He previously worked as a technical specialist with USA Mining Connectivity for four years. Conor also worked for six years in mold remediation and emergency services. He attended Hood College in Frederick, Maryland and took courses in International Mining Means and Methods with Sandvik Mining.
Hobbies and Interests:
When not working on a restoration project, Conor spends his time outdoors. He enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Conor is inspired by the team at ISI Demolition and their ability to execute projects to their full potential.

Blake Sheldon
Project Manager
Generations of Experience:
Blake joined ISI Demolition in May 2019 as a Laborer before becoming a safety specialist in March 2020. He was promoted again to a project manager in October 2020.
He attended Towson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
Hobbies and Interests:
Fishing, Hunting, and enjoying the outdoors.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Blake enjoys building personal relationships with clients and ensuring that each project operates with full clarity and precision.

Casey Anderson
Project Manager
Generations of Experience:
Casey joined the ISI Demolition team in 2018. Prior to that, he spent 1 year as a project manager at a Paving/Grading company and 4 years as a Design Engineer for a Civil Engineering Firm. Casey graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Hobbies and Interests:
Casey enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and hunting in his spare time.
Inspiration & Motivation:
Casey has the will to win and the desire to succeed. He takes great pride in ensuring every client’s wishes come first. He believes that long lasting relationships are built on the satisfaction of each client.

Cody Torrence
Project Manager
Generations of Experience:
Cody has been with ISI Demolition for 6 years. Starting as a laborer, Cody learned the business from the ground up, and has been in the project management role since 2015. Prior to ISI Demolition, Cody worked in the Insurance Restoration/General Construction industry as an Assistant Shop and Project Site Manager.
Hobbies and Interests:
Cody is an active outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting, fishing, kayaking, sport shooting and golf.
Inspiration & Motivation:
The demolition industry motivates Cody everyday. Each project is different than the one before. The constant change in scope and application keeps everyday interesting. The opportunity to build relationships and secure future work is an opportunity to grow.
